Innovative Safety Solutions was founded with the mission to provide high quality safety and health training services to as many people as possible.

With years of both hands-on experience and time spent in the classroom, Innovative Safety is able to deliver a training product that is second to none.

All training courses offered are in strict compliance with the standards set by the sponsoring organization. TJ, the owner and instructor, is an OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainer as well as a certified instructor and instructor trainer by both The American Red Cross and The Health and Safety Institute. Additionally, he holds trainer status with ServSafe and is a Certified Safety Trainer and Certified Safety Management Practitioner. TJ is also certified as a Pet CPR and First Aid Instructor by ProPetHero, a division of the nationally recognized ProHero Training Brand.

Other than training, TJ is passionate about safety and health and OSHA compliance. He also offers affordable consultation services in Workplace Safety and Workers Compensation Management.
SERVICES
OSHA Outreach Training
Our 10 hour OSHA Outreach training program covers many topics encountered by line level employees, including Hazard Communications, Ergonomics, Fire Safety, Fall Protection and more. Classes offer flexibility to include topics relevant to your workplace and operations. These classes are meant for all workers and can be completed in as little as two sessions.
The 30 hour OSHA outreach training provides managers and supervisory staff with the knowledge and tools they need to create a
safe and healthy work environment. All of the topics contained in the 10 hour course are included, as well as more in depth looks at Health and Safety Programs, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment and more! Courses offer more flexibility to customize the curriculum to meet your leaders needs.
CPR/ First Aid Training - Online and In Person!
We offer a range of first aid and CPR training Services Including:

Adult, Child and Infant CPR and AED: Learn the basic skills necessary to preserve life during an emergency. Our CPR and AED training relies on up to date industry standards as well as our instructors actual field experience to deliver concise information on how to have the most impact in these critical situations.

Pediatric First Aid and CPR- We are a PQAS approved training provider for childcare facilities in Pennsylvania. We can help you maintain compliance with training standards necessary for your licensing and inspections. We offer high quality training at affordable pricing.

Emergency Use of Epinepherine: This important course can be offered as a standalone training, or added to any one of our other training programs. Learn how to recognize and appropriately care for severe allergic reactions, including when and how to administer an Epi Pen.

First Aid Training: We provide first aid training from basic to advanced and also offer courses such as Wilderness First Aid, Bleeding Control and many others. All classes are taught by instructors who not only have classroom experience, but have also worked in the emergency response field.
